Drawing upon psychology and evidence-based stress management techniques, consultations are tailored to explore the relationship between stress, lifestyle, emotional wellbeing, sleep, work patterns, and overall health.

Each consultation includes a personalised stress profile assessment and wellbeing report with practical guidance and recommendations.

    Following booking, you will receive a digital Stress Profile Intake Form to complete before your consultation. This assessment helps personalise your session and wellbeing report.

    Initial Consultation — £95

    Your 60-minute consultation includes:

    • A comprehensive digital stress profile assessment completed before your session
    • A one-to-one personalised wellbeing consultation
    • Review of lifestyle, sleep, stress patterns, and wellbeing factors
    • A personalised wellbeing report with practical guidance and recommendations

    Additional wellbeing tools and support services are available following consultation, including journals, guided workbooks, bespoke wellbeing interventions, and follow-up sessions where appropriate.
